When can I expect my delivery?

Standard shipping is usually within 1-3 working days, we also offer next day shipping at the checkout with a 2PM order cut-off.

I'm missing items from my order.

Some orders may be split for various different reasons, this may be by the courier, or other items may be shipped from separate warehouses (in which case another parcel may still be out for delivery). In other instances, items may be on backorder, which will follow on a next day shipment once stock is available. In most cases, you should receive a dispatch note with your delivery which should outline all the items that should be in that shipment. If you're concerned anything on your dispatch note is missing, and all parcels have been received (Your shipping label should indicate the total number of parcels, e.g. 1 of 4) then let us know at the contact form below, or by calling the sales team on 01254 91 77 44.

Do you offer discounts?

You can also get 10% off your first order by using code RCSCREWS at the checkout. For customers with a higher monthly spend, we also offer a number of trade discounts (please contact the us for more information). Most of our products also have carton discounts available, so when you buy in carton quantities, you'll automatically get 10% off. *Please note only 1 discount is valid per item, this will be applied to the highest discount.
