Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
It will be the returnees responsibility to ensure the return is appropriately packaged, and arrange postage at the returnees cost (a returns shipping fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund).
To return an item, please use our fill out our returns form and include a printed, signed copy with your parcel.
For returns under 5KG, please create your returns label using our RoyalMail portal here.
For returns over 5KG, or returns containing hazardous goods (for example aerosols) please create your returns label using our DPD portal here.

SURCHARGES
B2B Customers (businesses) will have up-to 28 days from the date of purchase to book any returns, and a £20 Return Surcharge may be applied.
B2C Customers (general public) will have up-to 14 days from the date of purchase to book any returns with no return surcharges (this excludes any returns shipping fee which may be applied using our couriers). After the 14 days, you will then have up-to 28 days from the date of purchase, and a £20 Return Surcharge may be applied.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

- Any shipping paid on your initial order is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by our sales team.
