- Standard Shipping:
- Up to 1KG – £6.00
- 1-5KG – £6.50
- 5KG + £7.00
Standard shipping are sent via one of our carriers with tracked shipping, customers will receive an email or SMS notification with any updates and estimated delivery slots. Standard shipping usually arrives between 1-3 working days.
- Next Day Shipping – £8.50
Next day shipping is available Monday – Friday until 3PM, any orders placed after 3PM may be shipped the next working day.
- AM and Saturday Deliveries
We are able to offer pre 12:00, pre 10:30, and Saturday deliveries, prices are calculated on checkout.
- Free shipping
Any orders over £150 are eligible for free standard shipping.

EXCLUSIONS
Next day deliveries are only available Monday – Friday when ordered before 3PM, any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
Pricing only applies to UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands. Off-shore shipping and shipments to the Scottish highlands will be calculated at checkout.
Next day delivery is unavailable in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Norther Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Some couriers are not able to leave parcels unattended, for orders including a “safe place” in the delivery notes, we are unable to guarantee that parcels will be left in these locations.
SURCHARGES
In events where shipments need re-directing due to a change of address or an incorrectly entered address, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional shipping costs. This includes shipments which need re-directing to another delivery depot. Shipments may not proceed further until these surcharges have been paid. In the event these are not paid, the shipment will be returned to sender where the usual returns policy will apply.

OUR LIABILITY
We are unable to guarantee timed or next day deliveries, any delays to shipments whilst in transit will be notified via SMS or email. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact our sales team.
If your parcel has arrived damaged, please take a photograph of the item as soon as possible and contact our sales team.
