The plug DDF is the powerful solution for Dot and Dab walls where plasterboards are attached to the masonry using plaster or wooden battens. The red fiberglass-reinforced plastic shaft powerfully bridges the gap between the plasterboard and the load-bearing wall. The long expansion element made of grey high-quality nylon ensures strong and secure hold in the substrate. The plug DDF is ideally suited to fix heavy attachments such as swivelling TV brackets, radiators, heavy shelves or wall cabinets. The fischer safety screw with integrated washer and additional TX drive is included in the scope of delivery for an easy installation.
Advantages
- The long expansion element, comparable to SXRL, distributes the load evenly into the solid and hollow masonry and guarantees outstanding load values.
- The lateral long wings splay in the substrate and ensure a secure hold.
- The red fiberglass-reinforced plastic shaft powerfully bridges the gap behind the plasterboard. The plasterboard is not dented.
- The ribs on the shaft prevent the plug from turning for a convenient installation.
- The safety screw included in the scope of delivery is optimally matched to the plug and ensures easy installation.
Functionality
- The DDF is suitable for pre-positioned installation.
- The red shaft bridges the cavity behind the plasterboard.
- The maximum distance from the top edge of the plaster board to the top edge of the base material is 45 mm.
- The long expansion element distributes the loads evenly into the solid and hollow masonry.
- The lateral long wings also splay in the substrate.
- Attachments up to 10 mm thick can be mounted using the included safety screw.
