The fischer HybridPower combines the advantages of a classic plastic plug with the security of a steel anchor. Thanks to the combination of the two materials, the HybridPower is set like a classic plug and can be used in all building materials. At the same time, it offers high load-bearing capacities and secure anchoring, even in the event of fire. The range is suitable for metal and timber attachments up to 10 mm. The plug can be used for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
Advantages
- The HybridPower can be installed quickly and easily, just like a conventional plastic plug. It can be inserted by hand and no special tools or torque wrench are required.
- Thanks to the metal component, the plug also holds heavy loads and offers a high load-bearing capacity and additional safety.
- The HybridPower is universally applicable and can be used in solid and hollow building materials. The flexible plastic expands in any building material.
- The metal component also withstands fire and offers certified safety in case of fire.
- The universal plug head enables the use of the plug for pre-positioned and push-through installation and thus offers maximum flexibility in application.
- The included screw offers an appealing and straight finish to the fixing point, without protruding threaded rod.
- The fixing point can be released at any time by simply removing the screw.
Functionality
- The HybridPower is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
- The plug is pushed directly into the drill hole by hand or with a few light hammer blows and then expands by screwing the screw into the building material.
- The metal power wedges interlock with the building material for high load-bearing capacities.
- Recommended for fixing of metal constructions.
- Countersunk head screws are recommended for timber constructions.
